C4NJEI Asks Middlesex County Board of Election About Voting Machine Disaster Backup Plan

This week we attended the Middlesex County, NJ Board of Elections meeting and asked questions such as what is the backup plan if all voting or pollbook machines become inoperable due to an attack the FBI and DHS are warning about? The answer came back: paper ballots, human adjudicated, then machine tabulated. Perhaps a C+ grade.
