Led by Attorney Dana Wefer
Both sessions will be hosted by Attorney Dana Wefer, who will provide structured instruction on the essential roles and responsibilities of poll challengers. The training will cover:
- Supporting Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Efforts
- Participants will learn how challengers can assist with encouraging lawful voter participation.
- Challenging Potentially Ineligible Voters
- The training will delve into lawful methods for identifying and contesting voter eligibility concerns in compliance with state election law.
- Identifying and Documenting Voting Issues
Attendees will be equipped to recognize irregularities or violations at the polls and properly document these observations for appropriate follow-up.
